Thero Travel Return Policy
At Thero Travel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your experience remains as smooth as your travels.
30-Day Return Policy
We hope our customers can have a risk-free shopping experience, so we cover the return shipping for all items where free shipping is offered. All sales are final for areas where free shipping is not offered.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Any shipping charges, shipping protection charges, and customs fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused and in resalable condition. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and any free accessories included. We may charge up to a 25% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any shipping damage or manufacturing defect claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. We require photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@therotravel.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly, including replacement or refund options.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate most returns, the following items are not eligible:
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest way is to:
- Return the original item following the steps above.
- Make a new purchase for the desired item once your return is approved.
Please note:
We allow one exchange per order. A 25% restocking fee may apply if your order involves more than one exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@therotravel.com.
