Returns
We want our customers to enjoy a truly risk-free shopping experience. That’s why we cover return shipping on all Canadian orders where free shipping is offered. Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Our return policy lasts 100 days from the date you receive your order. If 100 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that original shipping charges, shipping protection fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:
Unused and in resalable condition
Returned in the original packaging
Include all tags and any free accessories
Depending on the condition of the returned item, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Shipping Damage & Defects
Any shipping damage or manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
Photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging are required so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email our team at info@therotravel.com.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a pre-paid return label via email.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (processing times can vary)
Contact your bank for further confirmation
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@therotravel.com.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@therotravel.com.
Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location within Canada.
