Each size is crafted with style, functionality, and airline compliance in mind, ensuring that wherever you go, your luggage is as prepared as you are.
Wipe Down: Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm, soapy water to gently wipe the exterior surfaces.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or bleach, as these can damage the finish.
Spot Clean: For tough stains or marks, a mixture of water and mild dish soap can be applied directly to the area, followed by a soft cloth.
Rinse: After cleaning, wipe down with a damp cloth to remove any soap residue.
Dry: Let your suitcase air dry completely before storing it.
When you first receive your suitcase, the TSA lock (located at the top of the suitcase) will be preset to 0-0-0. To set your own code:
- Prepare to Set the Code: Use a small, pointed object like a pen, pencil, or bobby pin.
- Press the Red Triangular Button: Press down on the triangular button next to the dials until you hear a click. This signals that the lock is ready for you to set a new code.
- Choose Your Code: Rotate the dials to your desired code, such as 5-5-5.
- Confirm the Code: Release the triangular button by sliding the lock to save your new code.
Your new code is now set! Since the suitcase has no exterior zippers, remember your code for easy access to your belongings.
When you first receive your suitcase, the default combination for the TSA lock is set to 000. Here’s how to customize your lock:
- Locate the Lock: Open your suitcase to find the TSA lock on the inner side of the suitcase. You’ll see a small tab next to the lock mechanism.
- Set Your Combination: Slide the tab to the "SET" position to enter setting mode. Change the dials to your desired combination (for example, you might choose 5-5-5).
- Secure Your New Code: Once you've set your combination, move the tab back to the OFF position before closing the suitcase.
Now your suitcase is secure with your personalized combination!If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
If you’re locked out of your luggage, we suggest trying all possible combinations from 0-0-0 to 9-9-9. This process typically takes around 15 minutes. Please remember that once you've changed the lock from its original 0-0-0 setting, we have no way of knowing your personal combination.

Shipping
If your luggage is lost or damaged, report it immediately to the airline or transportation provider. Keep your claim receipt and contact us for further assistance.
Delivery times vary based on your location. For orders processed from our facility, you can generally expect them to arrive within 5 to 7 business days. We strive to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your understanding during this process.

Yes, once your luggage has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@therotravel.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to return the item after it arrives.
Your order will be charged at the time it is placed. If you choose to cancel before the order is processed and shipped, we’ll issue a full refund promptly.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your LK Pro! If you need to exchange your item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for final sale or personalized items. For assistance, please contact us at info@therotravel.com.
